Fanova – Collect a Con, reachable at info@fanova.be, is responsible for processing your personal data.

Ticket purchases: name, email address, payment details (processed via the third-party ticketing platform — we do not store payment details).

Newsletter sign-up: email address.

Partner forms: name, company name, VAT number, address, phone number, email address and company logo.

Website analytics (if consent given): anonymous usage statistics (page views, session duration). No personal data is stored via analytics.

Contact messages: name and email address of the sender.

Ticket management: performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Newsletter: communication about the event based on consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email.

Partnership management: performance of the contract and legal obligations.

Website analytics: legitimate interest in improving our site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), subject to consent via the cookie banner.

Ticket and partner data is kept for up to 3 years after the event, in accordance with statutory accounting obligations.

Newsletter data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed, or up to a maximum of 2 years after the last event.

Analytics data is anonymous and is not kept for longer than 14 months.

We never sell or rent out your personal data to third parties.

Data may be shared with processors acting on our behalf (ticketing platform, email provider), under strict contractual confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose data if legally required (court order, statutory obligation).

As a data subject, you have the right to access, correct, delete ('right to be forgotten'), restrict the processing of, and port your data.

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
