Fanova – Collect a Con is organised by Fanova, reachable at info@fanova.be. The event takes place on 8 and 9 May 2027 at Mechelbaan 604, 2580 Putte, Belgium.

Access to the event is only possible with a valid ticket. Tickets are personal but transferable. The name on the ticket does not need to match the visitor.

Children up to and including age 12 have free access. A valid form of identification may be requested.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse access to persons who pose a danger to public order or safety, without refund of the ticket.

Cancellation by the visitor is possible up to 30 days before the event date at the latest, with a refund of the ticket price. After this period, tickets are no longer refundable or cancellable, unless the event is cancelled or fundamentally changed by the organiser. In the event of cancellation by the organiser, the ticket price will be refunded.

Visitors must behave respectfully towards other visitors, exhibitors and staff. Intimidation, discrimination, aggression or other inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.

Bringing alcoholic beverages onto the venue from outside is prohibited. The use of illegal substances is prohibited.

Commercial activities (sales, trading) are only permitted for registered exhibitors and trading table holders.

Separate rules apply to bringing cosplay props, replicas and weapons. Please consult the full weapons policy at fanova.be/wapenreglement. Violations may result in removal from the venue.

Photo and video recordings are made at the event by the organiser. By entering the event, visitors consent to the use of footage in which they are recognisably featured, for Fanova's promotional purposes.

Visitors who do not wish to be photographed or filmed can report this to staff. Professional photographers or filmmakers must request permission in advance via info@fanova.be.

Fanova is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property on site. Visitors leave all personal belongings at their own risk.

Fanova is not liable for physical injury not attributable to gross negligence on the part of the organiser. The organiser cannot be held liable for events of force majeure (weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

Fanova's liability is in all cases limited to the value of the purchased ticket.

Pets are not allowed at the event, with the exception of recognised assistance dogs carrying the legally required identification.

The personal data collected in connection with ticket purchases and newsletter sign-ups is processed in accordance with Belgian and European privacy legislation (GDPR). Please consult our privacy policy at fanova.be/privacy-policy for more information.

Fanova reserves the right to change the programme, opening hours or the event in whole or in part. Significant changes will be communicated via the website and social media.

In the event of full cancellation by the organiser, ticket amounts will be refunded via the original payment method within 30 calendar days of the announcement.

These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Disputes are referred to the competent courts of the district of Mechelen.
